- – Confirmed, found minor lack of assist. – Inspected and found steering rack has internal excessive play / wear & tear; small amount of play @ inner tie rods. – Recommend replace steering rack and inner tie rods and retest for customer's concern.

- – A/C operational on arrival, never able to observe lack of function, however performance is slightly weak. – Evacuated system and recovered 1.8 Lbs. of R134a, performed and passed system vacuum leak testing, recharged to capacity of 2.5 Lbs and added dye to system in case of repeat leak down. – Verified system still operational at time of testing, advise customer if a/c becomes inoperable again further diagnosis may be required due to being intermittent fault that is not present at time of testing.
