- Complimentary Vehicle Service Inspection
- -Confirmed CEL active on arrival. -Scanned and found DTC P0451 & P2421 active indicating evaporative emission control system has a malfunction. -Performed pin point testing and confirmed purge valve on engine side working normally and not leaking. Found fuel tank pressure sensor reading voltage and reacts to pressure but does not read PSI. -Recommend replacing fuel tank pressure sensor then retest for faults.
- Inspect for external oil leaks, add dye to oil and inspect with black light. -Performed oil leak diagnostic, found large leak at Oil cooler assembly, and another large leak at Oil separator behind passenger side head. -Found additional leak at A/T pan gasket. -Recommend replacing Oil cooler assembly and oil separator, then retest for oil leaks. -Recommend replacing A/T pan gasket, perform A/T service, then retest for transmission leak.
- FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR @ FUEL PUMP – Remove & Replace
- Freight (3-4 Days)
- ENGINE OIL COOLER AND FILTER HOUSING ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – Base – [DOES NOT include flush systems.]
- OIL SEPARATOR – Remove & Replace – Cover @ Rear of Cylinder Head
- Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter. Lube Chassis-if needed, Check Air Filter, All Fluid Levels, Tire Pressure, Battery, Washer Fluid and Wiper Blades
- TRANSMISSION OIL PAN GASKET &/OR FILTER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Additional time for use of scan tool to perform this procedure.]
