- – Confirmed, found system inoperable on arrival. – Inspected and located traces of dye around a/c system components. – Evacuated and recovered .269Lbs. indicating system low on arrival. – Performed A/C system vacuum leak testing procedure via a/c machine and found no signs of failure indicating no large leaks in system detected. – Attempted to recharge to capacity and added dye to system, upon charging to capacity was able to verify A/C is operational. – Performed a/c leak testing procedure using Snap-On R134A Heated Sensor Leak Detector tool and verified leaks present @ evaporator core. – Evacuated system to prevent repeat leak down. – A/C currently inoperable. – Recommend replace evaporator core, and heater core, attempt to recharge, and retest a/c performance.
