- – Confirmed, on arrival found long list of low voltage faults across multiple modules. – Performed starting/charging system test and found both main engine battery and auxiliary battery in trunk testing faulty and both appear original to vehicle (Nearly 11 years old) – Recommend replace both batteries, clear faults, perform new battery installation setup procedures, then retest for faults/ start ability.

- Inspect brake condition. Inspect system for leaks. Includes road test. Lining remaining : Front (11mm) Rear (11mm) Brake Fluid (0%) Brake Lines/Hoses ( X ) Brake fluid leaks ( X ) Emergency Brake ( X ) Brake Rotor Current thickness: Front ( NEW ) Rear ( NEW ) – Test drove and confirmed brake noise present when stopping in reverse. – All front and rear brake pads and rotors are new and appear in good condition, however unable to visually locate any signs of brake grease/lube being applied to mounting locations as should be w/ new brake components. – Suspect lack of lubrication and/or composition of materials used in new brake parts causing noise concern. – Recommend start w/ removing front and rear brake pads and hardware, clean, lubricate as needed, then re-install and retest for noise concern. – Advise customer if noise concern persists it is not a safety issue, however only resolution may be trying different brand/style of pads and/or rotors.
- AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – Remove & Replace – 4Matic,Base
- BATTERY – Remove & Replace – Main and Auxilliary – [Includes: Perform New Battery Setup Procedure as Needed]
- Add coolant flush to system, run to get to operating temperature. Vacuum evacuate cooling system, Refill with new coolant and coolant conditioner. Verify operation of thermostat.
