- – Confirmed, found coolant leak active. – Performed pressure testing and found leak present @ both cooler lines going to transmission cooler. – Performed and passed hydrocarbon testing. – Recommend replace transmission cooler lines, flush coolant, retest cooling system performance .
- TRANSAXLE OIL COOLER PIPES – Remove & Replace – Automatic Trans Both
- Add coolant flush to system, run to get to operating temperature. Vacuum evacuate cooling system, Refill with new coolant and coolant conditioner. Verify operation of thermostat.
