Mileage116,093Service Date1/15/2026Services Performed- – Confirmed, found signs of moisture @ floorboard and no heat @ time of test drive. – Performed pinpoint testing on HVAC system components and found lack of flow through heater core evident by temperature difference between inlet and outlet hoses going to heater core from engine bay (Inlet @ 175 Degrees F, Outlet @ 130 Degrees F) – Attempted pressurized backflush of heater core, no difference in flow rate. – During testing technician noticed thermostat slow to open causing longer then expected amount of time to reach operating temperature from cold start. – Blend door actuator testing okay but appears original. – Found moisture intrusion present past seal @ heater box to firewall. – Found debris built up under wiper cowl causing standing water at / around fresh air inlet to heater box likely leading to water intrusion. – Recommend remove heater box to replace heater core, replace evaporator core while out and accessible, replace blend door actuator due to age, clean debris from fresh air inlet, clean/reseal heater box, replace thermostat, flush engine coolant, recharge a/c system, then retest heater performance, A/C performance, and retest for water intrusion to interior.

Found fuel tank pressure sensor reading voltage and reacts to pressure but does not read PSI. -Recommend replacing fuel tank pressure sensor then retest for faults.
- Inspect for external oil leaks, add dye to oil and inspect with black light. -Performed oil leak diagnostic, found large leak at Oil cooler assembly, and another large leak at Oil separator behind passenger side head. -Found additional leak at A/T pan gasket. -Recommend replacing Oil cooler assembly and oil separator, then retest for oil leaks. -Recommend replacing A/T pan gasket, perform A/T service, then retest for transmission leak.

2014 RAM 1500
Mileage176,420Service Date12/19/2025Services Performed- – Confirmed, found multiple contributing factors and damaged components. – Found Driver side front wheel bearing failed severely, hub damaged, and wheel speed sensor damaged. – Found driver side CV axle damaged. – Found driver side front tire and rotor damaged from rubbing due to extreme bearing failure. – Found visual damage @ front driver side caliper and spindle but both appear to likely be re-usable. – Both front CV axles appear to be missing nuts @ axle nuts. – Upper ball joint @ driver side popping out of socket @ control arm and extremely worn. – Both front struts worn, driver side blown and leaking fluid. – In order to re-asses for drive ability need to start with the following: * Replace front driver side hub assembly, front driver side CV axle, replace both front axle nuts, replace front brake pads and rotors, replace hub mounting bolts, re-assemble and retest drive ability. – Driver side front brake caliper and spindle may also both need replacement depending on how things look once everything is apart, unable to tell without dis assembly. – Driver side tire not loosing air and cord not compromised, however has visual damage on inner side wall. – Upper control arms may require replacement depending on test drive results following initial repairs. – Recommend replace both front upper control arms and strut assemblies.
