Mileage74,958Service Date1/7/2025Services Performed- – Vehicle appears to have previously been in a front end collision and repairs were made, however new bumper cover appears mis-alinged. – Upon further inspection found recently replaced front suspension components (R/F lower control arm and outer tie rod end) however R/F tire shows extremely excessive outer edge tread wear indicative that front end is not properly aligned. – Cradle/subframe appears to have slightly shifted (Likely as a result of initial collision) and may be contributing to vehicle not being able to properly align. – Steering wheel off centered to the left. – Front lower exterior lamp has water intrusion. – Vehicle exhibits rotational bearing type noise in front end, recommend diagnosis.

- – Confirmed, found CEL active on arrival w/ multiple DTCs (P0456,P02263,P0101) – Inspected and found air intake snorkel not attached, re-attached and verified under boost condition resolved. – Test drove and observed loss of acceleration at same time as brake lights illuminating w/ foot not on brake pedal. – Performed pinpoint testing and found brake light switch failing and causing brake lights to come on w/o pedal and also causing engine computer to disable throttle control to prevent damages as it "Thinks" the brakes are physically being applied when attempting to accelerate. – DTC P0456 not currently active but indicates history of EVAP emission fault. – Recommend replace brake light switch and retest for customer's concern of lack of acceleration. – Advise customer Check engine light may return in future w/ DTC P0456 and would require further diagnosis and repairs of the EVAP emission system to resolve.
