    • WATER PUMP DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace
    • – Confirmed, found warning active while driving. – Performed cooling system pressure and hydrocarbon testing and found no signs of failure. – Found large air pocket trapped in system; likely as result of engine running w/o drive belt for water pump leading to over temperature condition causing coolant to boil out from reservoir cap. – Evacuated system and performed air bleed procedure to remove excessive air from cooling system. – Refilled to capacity and verified engine cooling system operating within specification at time of testing and no longer setting temperature warning lamp intermittently.

    • – Confirmed, found rear suspension worn on test drive. – Inspected and found rear passenger shock leaking hydraulic fluid and both rear shocks appear original. – During test drive technician also observed noise present in front suspension. – Upon inspection found front sway bar bushings and end links worn on both sides contributing to noise @ front suspension. – Recommend replace rear shocks and retest suspension performance. – Recommend replace front sway bar end links and bushings then retest for noise @ front suspension. – Drive belt worn/discolored, recommend replace as preventative maintenance. – Engine air filter and interior cabin air filter both appear to be aftermarket reusable filters but could both use service based on condition.

    • – Confirmed, found bulbs burnt/worn and both lamps have hazing on lens. – Passenger headlamp has water intrusion. – Recommend replace both bulbs w/ either new good working halogen or upgrade to LED bulbs, perform headlight restoration service, and retest headlight performance. – Advise customer to prevent continuous water intrusion @ passenger headlight, headlamp assembly will require replacement.
