    • Inspect for external oil leaks, add dye to oil and inspect with black light. – Engine oil leaking MASSIVELY from oil filter housing gasket and VVT Filter behind power steering pump. – Power steering pump and pressure hose also have very large leak. – Power steering components require removal to access components on engine that are leaking oil. – Recommend Replace power steering pump and pressure hose, while pump and hose are removed for replacement; replace oil filter housing gasket and VVT filter/gasket assembly. Service engine oil and filter as needed, flush power steering fluid, and retest for leaks from engine and power steering systems.
    • ENGINE OIL FILTER HOUSING GASKET- Remove & Replace [Includes: Replace Engine Oil and Filter]
    • POWER STEERING PUMP AND RESERVOIR – Remove & Replace
    • POWER STEERING HOSE – Remove & Replace – Pressure
    • Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Flush power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box. Install new power steering fluid. Road test vehicle.
    • VVT FILTER SCREEN AND GASKET ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace (W/ Power steering pump removed for replacement)

    • – Confirmed customers complaints and did pinpoint testing of codes – Found DTC P0420 and P2647 active. – P2674 fault indicates VTEC malfunction. – Performed pinpoint testing on VTEC systems and Found VTEC valve failing. – During testing also found VTEC filter plugged (Behind p/s pump) – P0420 fault indicates catalyst efficiency fault. – Fault may persists following VTEC repair. – Recommend replace VTEC solenoid and VTEC screen then retest for P0420, if fault returns/ persists further diagnosis and repairs may be required to resolve. – Also found oil is low recommend oil change.
    • VARIABLE VALVE TIMING SOLENOID – Remove & Replace
    • VARIABLE TIMING CONTROL OIL STRAINER – Remove & Replace

    • – Differential fluid discolored, recommend service. – Front and rear brake rotors warped and pads corroded. Recommend replace front and rear brake pads and rotors. – Rear tires very thin, front tires are balding. Recommend replace all four tires. – Transmission fluid discolored, recommend flush. – Power steering fluid discolored, recommend flush. – Engine air filter dirty, recommend replace. – Cabin air filter dirty, recommend replace. – Serpentine belt worn, recommend replace. – A/C Compressor inoperable, recommend A/C kit. – R/R reverse lamp out and tail lamp housing damaged, recommend replace passenger side rear lighting assembly. – Check engine light active, recommend diagnosis. – TPMS fault lamp active, recommend diagnosis. – License plate lamps out, recommend replace bulbs and retest operation.
    • – Blower operational on arrival, vehicle has good airflow through vents. – Performed pinpoint testing on HVAC blower circuit and found no faults. – Unable to duplicate failure during testing, however suspect blower motor is sticking internally/failing. – Recommend either replace blower motor in attempt to resolve or wait until failure becomes consistent and perform diagnosis.
    • A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
    • EXPANSION VALVE – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Front Bumper Assembly.] – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
    • CONDENSER – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
