    • – Confirmed, found engine running poorly on arrival and abnormal noise present from alternator. – Performed pinpoint testing and found no signs of misfires or engine performance faults. – During testing technician observed alternator causing resistance when turning and suspects alternator is effecting engine run ability. – Recommend replace alternator to resolve noise concern and retest for poor run ability, if fault persists we can perform further diagnosis to trace and advise on resolution.

    • – Found CEL active on arrival w/ DTC P0303 indicating misfire present on cylinder #3. – Inspected and found oil leaking from valve cover gasket onto spark plugs/ coil boots. – Spark plugs worn beyond maximum gap specification. – Throttle body and intake plenum show heavy carbon deposits present. – Recommend replace valve cover gasket, spark plugs, coil boots, and perform fuel induction service, then retest for misfire condition.

    • – Confirmed, found noise present from engine water pump. – Inspected and found water pump bearings failing and causing noise. – Both water pump drive belt and serpentine drive belt in poor condition. – Engine coolant in poor condition. – Recommend replace water pump, both drive belts, flush coolant, and retest for noise concern/ retest cooling system performance.
    • WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace [Includes: Replace Water Pump Drive Belt and Serpentine Drive Belt]
    • Add coolant flush to system, run to get to operating temperature. Vacuum evacuate cooling system, Refill with new coolant and coolant conditioner. Verify operation of thermostat.
