    • – Battery passes load testing but is almost 4 years old and only passes w/ full state of charge @ just over the rated CCA of 600. – Advise customer if vehicle sits for more then 1-2 days and battery state of charge drops a few percent, CCA will be too low to start car w/o jump. – Recommend replace battery to prevent no crank after sitting for a few days.
    • Install Battery and clean terminals.
    • HEADLAMP BULB – Remove & Replace – Low Beam, Driver Side

    • – Confirmed, found coolant leak active. – Performed pressure testing and found leak present @ both cooler lines going to transmission cooler. – Performed and passed hydrocarbon testing. – Recommend replace transmission cooler lines, flush coolant, retest cooling system performance .
    • TRANSAXLE OIL COOLER PIPES – Remove & Replace – Automatic Trans Both
    • Add coolant flush to system, run to get to operating temperature. Vacuum evacuate cooling system, Refill with new coolant and coolant conditioner. Verify operation of thermostat.
