    • – Unable to replicate at time of testing, test drove vehicle multiple times and never was able to replicate while driving or while in shop for inspection. – During test drive did experience intermittent minor brake noise and some minor pulsation, brakes appear to have plenty of pad life remaining, however brake rotors are drilled/slotted and not resurface able; and to get brakes to have zero pulsation and no noise vehicle would likely require complete overhaul/replacement of brake pads and rotors and at this point would be excessive unless customer would like to invest further. – During inspection technician did locate various small rocks/debris trapped in underbody components @ front and rear bumper, splash shields, and @ various suspension components. – Found groove on inside of front passenger side rotor indicative that at one point there was likely a small rock/pebble trapped @ the brake pad/rotor contact surface that has since removed itself, groove is minimal and should not affect braking performance. – On arrival while in parking lot prior to inspection/ test drive vehicle did exhibit a "Rattle" type condition when put into gear that only lasted for a few seconds then dissipated and never returned. – Advise customer if rattle condition persists we would be happy to investigate further but will need condition to persist through testing.
