- – Confirmed, found multiple DTCs active on arrival. (P0299,P0328,P0016) – Performed pinpoint testing and found camshaft adjusting magnet inoperable. – Inspected and found engine oil in very poor condition. – Recommend replace camshaft adjusting magnet, perform LOF service, and retest for faults/ retest boost performance from turbo. – Following initial repairs timing faults have been resolved at time of testing however underboost condition has persisted and upon further inspection found turbo clamp broken/causing boost leak. – Turbo and exhaust heavily corroded/ rusted, unable to offer further repairs for turbo under boost condition.
- CAMSHAFT ADJUSTING UNIT – Remove & Replace – Camshaft Adjustment Valve,N205 – [Includes: Component test.]
- Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter. Lube Chassis-if needed, Check Air Filter, All Fluid Levels, Tire Pressure, Battery, Washer Fluid and Wiper Blades
- ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]
