    • Inspect brake condition. Inspect system for leaks. Includes road test. Lining remaining : Front (4mm) Rear (5mm) Brake Fluid (1 %) Brake Lines/Hoses ( X ) Brake fluid leaks ( X ) Emergency Brake ( X ) – No issues found, front and rear brakes have approx. 30 – 40% remaining. – Advise customer pulsation is due to slight warpage in rotors, however brakes are not due for replacement at this time. – To resolve pulsation recommend replace front and rear brake pads and rotors, however customer still has life remaining until brake job is due.

    • Inspect for external oil leaks, add dye to oil and inspect with black light. – Engine oil leaking from valve cover gaskets and from breather tube between driver side valve cover and air intake box. – Recommend replace both valve cover gaskets, air breather tube, and retest for oil leaks.
    • VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – V6,3.6L Eng Both Sides [Includes: Replace breather hose from Valve cover to air intake box on driver side]

    • -Oil Change alert active (Oil looks clean and proper level) -ABS code C121C Torque request signal denied (Stored) -On test drive, tech noted misfires on cylinders 3 and 4 -Spark Plug Gap out of specification (Spec .043, actual .060) -Significant carbon build up on throttle body – Following initial test drive and contacting customer we received additional details regarding throttle fault lamp present when initial failure occurred. – Performed additional test drive and was able to replicate throttle fault. – Performed pinpoint testing and verified throttle body failing internally. These issues must be resolved as first step Recommend the following: Spark Plugs Throttle Body Fuel Induction Service Retest
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – All
    • Includes cleaning soft carbon deposit from fuel delivery components and inside combustion chamber. Road test vehicle.
    • THROTTLE BODY &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – Mfr Body CD MK – [Includes: Perform Relearn procedure.] – [Includes: Adjust idle speed.]
