– No abnormal noises heard, engine comes on w/ A/C and will sound louder then w/o A/C on. – Vehicle passes full inspection with great condition across all categories.
– Confirmed, found R/F, R/R, and L/R door lock actuators all sticking, recommend replace all three and retest for faults.
– Removed and inspected and did not find any major signs of wear. – Brake pads and rotors appear new and parking brake shoes appear slightly older, shoes are likely making some noise as they adjust to the new brake rotors. – No recommendations available.

– Confirmed, found door ajar switches unresponsive not allowing central timer to shut off interior electronic circuit. – Traced circuit and found lack of signal @ aftermarket security device that interrupts door lock/ door ajar circuits. – Traced wiring harness and found corroded/rotted wiring @ add-on wiring for security system. – Cut out damaged wiring and repaired, verified door ajar circuit operational at time of testing and draw seems to be no longer present.

– Performed cooling system pressure testing and found large leak @ water pump. – Engine passes hydrocarbon testing at this time, however due to size of leak we will need to retest following initial repairs to verify head gasket integrity. – Recommend replace water pump and retest for faults (Water pump is driven by timing chain and replacement will include full timing chain component kit including all new timing chain components, VVT solenoids, and VVT actuators. Replacement process will cross contaminate engine oil and cooling system requiring coolant flush and engine oil change as part of procedure)
